The port of Agia Marina is located on the island of Leros, in the Dodecanese archipelago. The port is located to the north of Platanos, on the eastern side of the island and is about 4 km from Lakki. It can be reached by road on Epar.Od. Xirokampou-Parthenou. The island of Samos is the Aegean Sea, closer to the Turkish coast than to the Greek. Pythagorio is on the southern coast and is an important centre because of its port and an interesting archaeological site, which have been given World Heritage status by UNESCO.
