The main port for the Tremiti Islands is on the island of San Domino, where ferries and hydrofoils arrive from the ports on the East coast of Italy. Termoli is a seaside town on Italy's Adriatic coast. It is situated in the relatively unknown region of Molise and has a population of around 32,000.
