The port of Pesaro is a port is known for fishing and commercial trade and is composed of two parallel piers that also serve passenger and cruise ships. It is a canal port on the mouth of the Foglia river. In the past, life in Pesaro revolved around the port and its activities and in the 1400s this was one of the most important ports in the Adriatic. By plane you can reach the port of Pesaro from Ancona airport, which is 45 kilometers away, or Bologna airport, 150 kilometers away.
