How to reach the port of Rethymno

The port of Rethymno is about 80 kilometers from the city of Heraklion, by car take the E75 road. It is 63 kilometers to to Chania on the E75, in the opposite direction. The port can be reached via the Leof route, Emmanouil Kefalogianni. The city of Rethymno has no airports and is only served by airports in Heraklion and Chania. To reach the port from the airport you can take the Ktel bus, departing every hour from morning to evening, the last on is at 22:30.
