Can I change my booking?
Yes, passengers who want to change or cancel their ticket for any reason can send an email to info@netferry.com, so we can validate the cancellation and apply any charges from the shipping company, plus an additional charge of 25.00 euros.
Any changes made to the booking will incur a charge of 25.00 euros, plus any charges or difference in price. Ticket changes and cancellations can only be requested by email (info@netferry.com). Refunds will be made within 3 months from the date of the refund request and any charges will be issued within 10 days from this date. There are no refunds for reservations on special offers or early booking.
